Allergen Disclaimer
Allergen information on this site is taken from the details Greggs publishes for each item. Please read this page before relying on it.
We list the allergens Greggs declares for each item.
Shop kitchens handle all allergens, so cross contact is possible.
A recipe can change before our data updates.
Always tell staff about any allergy before you order.
How allergens are shown
Each item page lists the allergens Greggs declares from the 14 major allergens recognised in UK law: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites.
Cross contact
Greggs shops handle all of these allergens. Even where an item does not declare an allergen, it may have come into contact with it during preparation, baking or serving.
Vegan and meat-free labels
We label an item "Vegan" only where Greggs describes it as vegan. "Meat-free" means no meat or fish appears in the item name or description; it is not a certified vegetarian label. Check the shop label if you follow a strict diet.
Always check
Recipes and suppliers change. Before you eat, check the label in the shop or ask a member of the Greggs team, and tell them about any allergy. If you have a severe allergy, do not rely on this website alone.
